A pool visit that's over in five minutes — a quick scoop of the surface and gone — is the most expensive cheap service you can buy. Skipped chemistry, missed equipment warnings, and gradual plaster damage cost far more in the long run than a real, thorough weekly visit ever would.
What a quick drive-by looks like
It is the pool tech who pulls up, runs the net across the surface, dumps the skimmer basket, and leaves before they have even glanced at the equipment pad. No chemistry test, no brushing, no walk-around. The water looks fine for a few days — until it does not.
What we do instead
Our Elite weekly visits are full, thorough services. Every visit, every customer: skim, brush, vacuum as needed, empty baskets, run a full chemistry panel, adjust chlorine / pH / alkalinity / calcium / stabilizer, and inspect the pump, filter, heater, and valves.
That is what "premier" means in practice. It is also what CPO-certified water chemistry looks like applied consistently.
Why this saves homeowners money
Plaster and equipment fail from neglect, not from age. Calcium scaling on a heater, low cyanuric burning chlorine off in hours, etched plaster from low pH — all of these are dollar amounts that compound. A real weekly visit catches them when they are still free to fix.
